1. High temperature environment or transportation of high-temperature fluids: PU hose is sensitive to temperature and is not suitable for long-term high-temperature environments.
Although some materials mention a temperature resistance of up to+60 ℃, to ensure safety, the recommended upper limit for safe use is usually+40 ℃. The service life will be sharply shortened at high temperatures, and only short-term contact is allowed.

2 Prohibited Exposure to specific corrosive chemicals: PU materials are not universally corrosion-resistant and have weak resistance to the following substances:
Strong acid/strong alkali: not resistant to concentrated acids and alkalis.
Specific solvents: Not resistant to aromatic hydrocarbon solvents (such as toluene, benzene), esters, ethers, and alcohol.
Do not use piping systems that transport or come into contact with the aforementioned chemical solvents.
3. Attention should be paid to high humidity or long-term contact with water (specific models).
Ester type PU is afraid of water: Many PU air tubes are ester based and are not suitable for water or high humidity environments, otherwise hydrolysis may occur, leading to rapid cracking of the material. 4. Extreme small bending radius or dynamic stress environment:
The minimum bending radius of this specification of trachea is approximately between 16mm and 30mm (about 5 times the outer diameter of 6mm). Bending below this radius is strictly prohibited.
